Damage return policy:
If you have received a product that has been damaged we will gladly give you a complete credit for the item purchased or exchange the item for a non-damaged piece of the exact product and pay for shipping and handling for the damaged return item. To qualiify for the damage return policy you must contact Gardenpatchplanters within one business day of receipt of that damaged item. No questions asked 30 day refund policy:
We offer a No Questions Asked return policy for all products offered by Gardenpatchplanters.com for a full 30 days from your purchase date. Please contact us through our Contact Us page link for instructions regarding any return. We will give you information regarding the return of the product, at your expense, for any new, undamaged piece in its original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees at this time and so your return refund will consist of the original cost of the returning product less Gardenpatchplanters original shipping and packaging fees. For products that are offered with free shipping we will refund 75% of the original purchase price, the remaining 25% will be applied to our original costs incured for shipping and packaging.
