We are committed to shipping your order in a timely fashion, usually within three (3) to five (5) business days from the day your order is placed with us. Our products are handmade and from time to time for some unforeseen reason there may be a slight delay up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days although this is a rare occurrence. Some hand painted scenery designs may cause this delay but you can rest assured that we at gardenpatchplanters will keep you well informed of the status of your order, either via e-mail or a direct phone call.

Most of our products are UPS shippable and will arrive by UPS ground service and the shipping cost will be tabulated based on the weight of the item. The tabulated shipping cost is the only shipping cost you will have when purchasing from us. We do not add any type of handling costs to any purchase.

Our wishing wells, however, due to the bulk and weight, are shipped using DHL ground service. Wishing well shipping is not tabulated by weight as this is very cost prohibitive for our customers. We have negotiated a flat rate shipping schedule within the continental United States. The flat rate fee will be shown when adding a wishing well to your shopping cart.
